And the birthday festivities.....

just lingered right along to Indiana where I got to blow out more candles, on not one, but TWO cakes!!! I tasted one that was chocolate!! Yummy! Thank you,Nana, for my cake!! and to all my family who sang "happy birthday" to me again!! I like this lingering birthday party and I had so much fun playing with my cousins Drew, Ben, Delaney, Bailey and Chloe!!

I love you all and can't wait to see you again!!! Thanks for making my birthday so special!!!!

To all my peeps...

I love you all so very much!! Thank you for keeping up with me on my blog. I know that it has been such a long time since I blogged. There is so much to tell you and so many wonderful pictures and stories to post. Please be patient with me as I think back over the last few months. I want you to see me now, too... the only problem with that is that mommy accidentally dropped the camera and it broke. Short lived....just 2 years old...the camera, that is. Maybe she'll get a new one soon....she has a big birthday, 30!!, coming up!! Meanwhile....just know that I love each of you and look forward to sharing my life with you.
Thank you for your patience with me. I created this blog to keep you updated and I will get back to that very shortly!!

Meanwhile, please pray for the family of my mommy's friend, Amber Mathenia. Amber was killed in an auto accident Jan. 22. You can read about her legacy and learn more prayer requests at http://www.cold-water-news.blogspot.com/

Amber left behind a loving husband, Anthony, and two precious children, Ellie, age 4 years and Anthony, age 6 months as well as her parents, Mitch & Laura, and sister April & her husband, Nathan.
Thank you for your faithfulness to seek the Father. He is Lord. He is Sovereign. He is Saviour.

Congratulations to the Youngs!

WOW!!! I am sooo excited to tell you about my fun and exciting day yesterday!! I awoke to find 3 of my friends here to play with me. As mommy tells me, they came in the early morning around 12:30am to spend the night with us. Their mommy, Amy, was on her way to the hospital with their daddy, Mike, to have a baby!! Yeah - another friend to play with! We started the day eating cheerios, my new fav. snack food. Meals were exciting with so many people to talk with. Then we all got dressed for the day and had a lot of fun playing with trucks, puzzles, reading books, and of course our afternoon nap. Oh, and I also got to go with them to visit their new baby sister & parents in the hospital.
This was my first time in a hospital since my birth. What an exciting day. I can't wait to play with them again. I think mommy was a little tired by the end of the day, but joyous too! What great fun!! I am so thankful for my friends, Hendrick (almost 4 yrs.), Davis (almost 2 years), and Burke (1 year). You can read more about my friends at http://someyoungs.blogspot.com/
Welcome to our world, Maegli Virgina Young.
